Customers can return any unused, unaltered products within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. The items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and accepted.
The customer must provide proof of purchase for all returns.
Exceptions and Exclusions:
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unle they arrive damaged or defective.
